About Me

I am a Ph.D. candidate at Yale University and am currently studying at the Rockefeller University as a graduate research fellow with Dr. Richard P. Lifton. I am expected to graduate in May 2020.

My research focuses on understanding the genetic mechanisms of human diseases using genomics (including WES/WGS, long-read sequencing, targeted deep sequencing, and RNAseq) and statistical approaches (including linear regression, case-control analysis, burden analysis, population stratification, and pathway analysis).
